5G Spectrum Auction: Dell Technologies said – India’s growth will be faster after 5G

In order to provide high speed internet service in the country, the 5G spectrum auction (5G Spectrum Auction) has touched Rs 1.5 lakh crore. Dell Technology India executive Manish Gupta said on Sunday that the company is soon going to witness rapid 5G growth in villages and cities of India.

Gupta said that the country’s development will accelerate after the arrival of 5G. 5G will lead to rapid development of advanced technologies in the country like fast internet, industrial internet of things, edge computing, use of robotics technology in agriculture, e-commerce, health services, education and pharma. 5G will also help in augmenting Artificial Intelligence (AI), reducing manufacturing cost in the industry and enhancing quality.

Let us tell you that new records are being made in the auction of 5G spectrum. By Saturday, this figure has also crossed 1.5 lakh crore. According to the government, the auction is even crossing the 2015 record level. In 2015, a record revenue of Rs 1.09 lakh crore was generated from 4G spectrum auction, while the figure for 5G spectrum auction has become almost one and a half times of this.

Let us tell you that the auction of 5G spectrum to provide high speed internet service in the country has started from 26 July. Many of the country’s top businessmen such as Mukesh Ambani (Reliance Jio), Sunil Bharti Mittal (Bharti Airtel), Vodafone-Idea and Gautam Adani (company Adani Enterprises) are involved in this auction. The 5G spectrum auction includes bands up to 600, 700, 800, 900, 1800, 2100, 2300, 2500, 3300 MHz, and 26 GHz. Till now Reliance Jio has invested into EMD of Rs 14,000 crore while Bharti Airtel has invested Rs 5,500 crore.
