According to recent media reports, the automaker has 1.43 lakh pending orders for four models, the XUV700, Thar, Bolero and XUV300. Information on the waiting period for the XUV700 until 2024 is coming out. The SUV receives an average of 9,800 bookings per month.

The Mahindra XUV700 SUV model line-up is being offered in two trims – MX (5-seater only) and AX (5 and 7-seater). The range-topping AX7 automatic variant comes with some optional luxury packs such as a 360-degree camera, wireless phone charger, electrically deplorable door handle, electronic parking brake and blind spot monitor. Buyers are offered 2.0L turbo petrol and 2.2L diesel with two engine options. Both motors can have a manual or automatic gearbox.
The petrol engine generates a considerable power of 200bhp and 380Nm of torque. On the other hand, the diesel engine produces 155bhp with 360Nm in the lower MX variant and 185bhp with 420Nm (MT)/450Nm (AT) in the AX variant. AX diesel models offer four drive modes – Zip, Zap, Zoom and Custom.

Currently, the Mahindra XUV700 SUV is priced between Rs 13.18 lakh and Rs 24.58 lakh. The petrol model starts at Rs 13.18 lakh and goes up to Rs 22.75 lakh. At the same time, the diesel variants are priced between Rs 13.70 lakh and Rs 24.58 lakh. It has 11 automatic variants, priced between Rs 16.84 lakh and Rs 24.58 lakh.
