The phone has a Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with 6.8-inch QHD + Edge. The screen supports features such as 120Hz refresh rate, vision booster. Quad rear camera setup is given in the smartphone.
Its primary camera is a 200MP wide angle lens. Apart from this, 12MP ultrawide angle lens and two 10MP telephoto lenses are available. The company has given a 12MP selfie camera in the front.
Smartphone works on Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. It has a battery of, 5000mAh. The handset supports charging of 45W. Fast wireless charging option is also available in this. The device works on Android 13 based One UI 5.0. You will also find S-Pen on the phone.

The Galaxy S23 Ultra comes in four RAM and storage options. The option of 8 + 256 GB, 12 + 256 GB, 12 + 512 GB and 12 GB + 1 TB has been given in this. On the other hand, Galaxy S23 will get 8 GB RAM and 128 GB/256 GB/512 GB storage option. Galaxy S23 Plus will get 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB/512 GB of storage.
