Ingredients for making Radish (Mooli) Chutney
1- One cup of chopped Radish (Mooli)
2- One small onion
3- Two teaspoons of white urad dal
4- One small teaspoon of chana dal
5- Four dried red chillies
6- A pinch of turmeric powder
7- A sprinkle of asafoetida
8- One small teaspoon of cumin
9- Salt to taste
How to make Radish (Mooli) Chutney? – Stomach not feeling clean? Use Mooli chutney
1- Firstly wash the radish, peel it and grate it.
2- Cut the onions into small pieces and in a pan heat oil, add boiled chickpeas, chana dal, hing and dry red chili pepper and fry until fragrant.
3- Now take out the roasted lentils and cool them and put grated radish, radish peels and onions in the pan.
4- Add salt and turmeric and mix well.
5- When the mixture is soft, turn off the heat and let it cool on a plate.
6- Heat the oil again in the pan and fry the curry leaves with raisins.
7- Blend the previously fried spices, vegetables, imli and salt to make a paste.
8- Add this paste to the pan and your chutney is ready.

Heat oil again in the pan and fry curry leaves and raisins. Blend the previously fried spices, vegetables, imli, and salt to make a paste. Add the paste to the pan and your chutney is ready. Enjoy!
